Speaking after a reception to celebrate the contribution made by charity champions, Nicola said: "It was a privilege to welcome Patricia Johnson to a Downing Street reception to celebrate local charity champions this week. Patricia heads up the Kuumba Centre that has provided mental health support and other services to members of the community since 1994.
"As one of our fantastic local charities, I've been working with them to support their service users, and to help them expand so they can support even more members of their community."
"Recognising the contribution that local champions make in our area is an important part of my role as a local Member of Parliament, and there are few more deserving of recognition for their contribution than Patricia."
