Ahead of Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday, Nicola laid tributes at local war memorials in Stone Cross, Wednesbury and West Bromwich.
Nicola also visited St Margaret's Church in Great Barr where she attended a service and laid a wreath in honour of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
The country will fall silent for two minutes at 11am on Saturday for Armistice Day and Sunday for Remembrance Sunday, in a weekend of remembrance events. The Poppy Appeal will also conclude, raising money for the Royal British Legion that helps former servicemen and women.
Nicola said: "Over the weekend, we will all be taking time to reflect and remember the sacrifices made by members of our armed forces who have given their lives to protect us.
"I've laid wreathes in West Bromwich, Wednesbury and Stone Cross, as well as attending a service at St Margaret's Church in Great Barr, where I laid a wreath to honour the fallen."
"I know all of West Bromwich East will join me in affirming that we will remember them."
